Barbara Ann Lewis
(July 27, 1943 - January 9, 2012)

Barbara Ann Lewis, 68, of Milton, WV, went home to be with her Lord Monday, January 9, 2012 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2012, at Union Baptist Church, Milton, by Pastor Brent Beckett. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born July 27, 1943 in Culloden, a daughter of the late Denver and Frances Honaker Nutter. She is survived by her husband, John G. Lewis; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kelly and Gregg Mullins of Milton, and Michelle and Buddy Chapman of Ona; one son and daughter-in-law, John D. and Angela Lewis of Milton; one sister, Sara Robertson, of Milton; two brothers, Roger Nutter of PA, and Wayne Nutter of Culloden; seven grandchildren, Ashley, Jessica, Corey, Dustin, Taylor, Seth and Nick, and one great-grandchild, Aiden. . Visitation will be Thursday, January 12, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton and after 1:00 p.m. Friday at the church. The family would like to thank the staff of Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House and Dr. Kimmey and his staff for their loving care during Barbara's courageous battle with cancer.
