Obituary

NAOMI JENKINS
(July 31, 1934 - August 16, 2016)

NAOMI JENKINS, 82, of Huntington, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 16, 2016. She was born July 31, 1934, in Salt Rock, W.Va., a daughter of the late William and Sarah Donahoe. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Jenkins, and a daughter, Jean Meadows. She is survived by two daughters, Etta Payne and Barbara Payne, both of Huntington; four sons, Augustus Jenkins, Jackson Jenkins, Richard Jenkins of Huntington and Andrew Jenkins Jr. of Dry Ridge, Ky.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a special person in her life, Jack Wisner; and her "adopted son," Charlie Blake. Graveside services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Friday, August 19, 2016, at Fairfield Cemetery, Glenwood, W.Va., with Rev. Andrew Jenkins Jr. officiating.
