Janet Sue Hooser
(December 21, 1944 - May 23, 2018)

Janet Sue Hooser, 73, of Huntington, passed away May 23, 2018. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 27, 2018 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Dock’s Creek Cemetery. She was born December 21, 1944, in Logan County, a daughter of Vesta Ooten Shell of Huntington and the late George Shell. She was preceded in death by her husband Tracy Frye. She is survived by one sister, Marie Lowe of Huntington; four brothers, Kelly Shell of Huntington, Russell Shell of Logan, Luther Shell of Logan and Roger Shell of St. Petersburg, Florida; one grandson, Josh Pelphrey; and one great-grandchild, Lakyn Pelphrey. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
