(Clonch) Gossett
Beulah Virginia (Clonch) Gossett, born March 17, 1925 left this world into her Heavenly Father's arms on November 20, 2018. She was the widow of Fred E. Gossett of Ona, W.Va. She was born to David E. Clonch of West Hamlin, W.Va. and Clara I. (Bell) Gossett of West Hamlin, W.Va. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Inez C. Rakes, Mary E. Jarrell and Betty W. Coney; three brothers, Emmanuel Clonch, Erna Edward Clonch and William Lacy Clonch; three children, Merlin Thomas, (Jr.) Wilson, Scott C. Wilson, and Russell Wilson; and one stepson, David Allen Gooch. She had one very special niece to precede her in death Debby Setliff and a daughter-in-law, Judy Wilson and one grandchild, Dillon Simmons. She leaves behind two daughters, Tina Dailey, (Dan) of Michigan, Kathy Ryder, (Dana) of Ona. She also leaves to mourn her passing, sons Steven L. Wilson, (Sheila) of Milton, W.Va. and Michael Wilson of North Carolina. She also leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. But most important she leaves her family from Cabell Health Care in Culloden, W.Va. who cared for her as their own family and loved her and will also miss her. Mother loved to paint and sketch. We were fortunate to have her for 93 years. Bless all the care givers who cared for her so lovingly. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Phillip Tomblin. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
