Obituary

Luke Lambert
(April 2, 1937 - November 18, 2018)

Luke Lambert, 81 of Branchland, WV, passed away November 16, 2018 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am Monday, November 19, 2018 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Jamie Clay. Burial will be in Lambert Family Cemetery. He was born April 2, 1937 in East Lynn, WV, a son of the late Raymond and Delphia Skeens Lambert. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Lambert; sisters, Norma Porter, Maggie Adkins, Marlene Perry and Jettie Breeding; and brothers, Ray, Jay, and Walter Lambert. He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Ariana Lynn (Joey) Lyons, Lavalette, WV, Aretta Gail (Ronald) Barnett, Flatwoods, KY, son and daughter-in-law, Mark (Sylvia) Lambert, Branchland, WV, sister, Wilda Adkins, Fort Gay, WV, and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
