Shawn Allen Federer
(December 14, 1974 _ July 18, 2012)


Shawn A. Federer 37, of Elyria, Ohio, formerly of Huntington, WV, passed away Wednesday July 18, 2012 in Elyria. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Friday, July 20, 2012 at Central Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Steve Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Cemetery. He was born December 14, 1974, in Dayton, Ohio, a son of Robert L. Federer of Huntington, and the late Patricia Ann Duran. In addition to his mother, two sisters, Lindsie and Nikki Federer, and a stepbrother Larry Stollings also preceded him in death. He was employed by Schuler Painting of Elyria. Survivors in addition to his father include, his step-mother Judy Federer of Huntington; step-father Pat Duran of New London, Ohio; four children, Morgan, Emily, Madison Federer, and Shawn Federer, Jr, all of Ashland, OH; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Lisa and Dana Clifton of Wakeman, Ohio, and Wendy Jeffers of Huntington; a step-sister and her husband, Lisa and Robbie Payton of Huntington; and his companion, Michelle Dawley of Elyria, Ohio. Friends may call one hour prior to service time Friday at the church.
