Romona June Frampton
(July 20, 1954 - May 19, 2012)

Romona June Frampton, 57, of Cross Lanes, WV, formerly of Huntington, passed away Saturday May 19, 2012 at Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Chapman’s Mortuary with J. Linders McGill officiating. Burial will be in Rome Cemetery. She was born July 20, 1954 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Oliver Wendell and Mary Elizabeth Petry Stepp. A brother, Jeffrey Stepp also preceded her in death. Romona was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She dedicated her life to charitable service, to her family, and to all who crossed her path. Survivors include her husband, Paul L. Frampton, Sr. of Cross Lanes; two daughters, Rebecca Minnich and Angela Sellards, both of Charleston, WV; two sons, Paul L. Frampton, Jr, and David Frampton, both of Cross Lanes; two brothers, Michael Stepp of Columbus, OH, and Oliver Wendell Stepp, Jr., of Huntington; and eleven grandchildren. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington.
