Alan Denver Saunders, 54, of Glenwood, WV, passed away at home on Friday December 4, 2015. A Celebration of Life will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Wednesday December 9, 2015 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington. He was born on May 29, 1961 at St. Mary's Hospital, Huntington, WV., a son of Opal Mae Mount Saunders of Glenwood, WV and the late Chester R. Saunders. He was also preceded in death by his wife Lila Nadine Saunders. He is survived by two sons, Jacob Alan Saunders and Joshua Caleb Saunders both of Huntington, WV, four grandchildren, Caleb Matthew Saunders of Ashton, WV, Desirae Likay Saunders, Adrianna Nadine Saunders, and Jacob Cole Saunders all of Huntington, one sister, Shelia Mayes, brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael Richard and Robin Annette Saunders, and James Perry and Patricia Ann Sanders all of Glenwood, as well as several nieces and nephews. There will be no services per Alan's request.
