ROGER LEW HESSON
(January 21, 1951 - June 21, 2014)

ROGER LEW HESSON, 63, of Huntington, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2014, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Jim Short. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. He was born January 27, 1951, in Huntington, a son of the late Lewellyn and Callie Short Hesson. He was preceded in death by brothers Richard and Robert "Bob" Hesson, and sister Marie Meadows. He is survived by his wife Evelyn Mae McCloud Hesson; three daughters, Amy Hesson, Crystal Hesson Kay and Tammy Hesson Smith; three sons, Roger Eugene Hesson, Anthony Hesson and Joshua Hesson; step-daughter Crystal Dawn LeGrand Fetty; sisters Brenda McCloud and Cathy McCloud; brother Marsh "Bub" Hesson; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
