ADA LOUISE DILLON
(September 25, 1029 - July 7, 2015)



ADA LOUISE DILLON, 85, of Huntington, W.Va., went to sleep and woke up in Jesus' arms on Tuesday, July 7, 2015. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2015, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor George Leese. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born September 25, 1929, in Logan County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Charlie and Emma Lyall Carter. She was a member of Good Shepherd Free Will Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Billy J. Dillon, one daughter, Deborah Foo-Saunders, one sister, Edith Blankenship, three brothers, Dempsey, Dewey and Bill Carter and two sons-in-law, Roy Smith and Frank Foo. She is survived by three daughters, Phyllis (Pete) Robertson and Gail (Joe) Butcher of Huntington, and Helen Smith of Proctorville, Ohio; one son, Charles Dillon of Huntington; three sisters, Shirley Gillespie of Logan County, Faye Bowens of Danville, W.Va., Lula Browning of North Carolina; one brother, Bob Carter of Logan County; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; her faithful dog Macie, and her church family. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
