Obituary

PHYLLIS J. JEFFREY
(January 1, 1940 - June 18, 2016)

PHYLLIS J. JEFFREY, 75, of Barboursville, passed away June 18, 2016. Funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. David Cardwell. Burial will be in Baylous Cemetery. She was born January 1, 1940 in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Enos and Bonnie Hagley Johnson. She was an employee of Sears for many years, and was a member of Bloomingdale-Salem Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Fred S. Jeffrey Jr., two sons, Brian Keith Jeffrey and Mark Alan Jeffrey and one brother Robert Johnson. She is survived by one son, Fred "Rocky" Jeffrey, III; four grandsons; one granddaughter; and one great-granddaughter.
