BILLY JAMES MEADOWS
(August 22, 1931 - June 23, 2016)

BILLY JAMES MEADOWS, 84, of Barboursville, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2016, in Glendale, Arizona. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2016, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Greg Creasy. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. He was born August 22, 1931, in Milton, W.Va., a son of the late William Russell and Nellie Reynolds Meadows. He was a veteran of the US Army, receiving four medals including two bronze stars for his service in the Korean War. He was a retired employee of the US Army Corps of Engineers. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Russell and Deanne Meadows of Peoria, Arizona and one daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Brian Morgan of Huntington; grandchildren Drew Lauhon and Olivia Lauhon, both of Huntington. Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Thursday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
