Obituary

Helen Francis Bledsoe
(July 16, 1934 - November 27, 2016)

Helen Francis Bledsoe, 82, of Salt Rock, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, November 27, 2016 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, December 2, 2016 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Steve Hinkle. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery. She was born July 16, 1934 in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Samuel and Hattie Perry Markins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleo Bledsoe. Helen is survived by her daughter, Sarah Stephenson and her friend Marvin Smith; one sister, Mary Scites of St. Petersburg, FL; one granddaughter, Pamela Baker of Salt Rock, and one great-grandson, Tyler Adkins. Visitation will be from 5-8 pm Thursday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
