Patsy Kay Hazelrigg
(January 18, 1947 - November 30, 2016)



Patsy Kay Hazelrigg, 69, of Barboursville, passed away at home after a long illness on Wednesday, November 30, 2016. She was born January 18, 1947 in Cabell County, a daughter of the late James Wilmer and Ozella Bird Gibson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, David Ball and James Hazelrigg and two brothers, Jimmy and Roger Gibson. She is survived by one son, John “Eddie” Gue; one daughter, Sabrina K. Ruth; two sisters-in-law, Linda Gibson and Carrol Gibson; four grandchildren, Joshua Ruth (Shelby), Samuel Ruth (Kristen), Nicholas Ruth and fiancee Gabby and Edy Gue; one nephew, Bill; and two nieces, Jerra and Krista. She was a member of Barboursville American Legion and retired from the Barboursville Veterans Home. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville with Rev. David Cardwell officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
