Phyllis Gail Belt-Siddiqi
(September 13, 1943 - May 25, 2017)



Phyllis Gail Belt-Siddiqi, 73, of Barboursville, passed away May 25, 2017 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Family graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 28, 2017 at Spring Valley Memory Gardens, Huntington, by Rev. Greg Markins. She was born September 13, 1943 in Kermit, a daughter of the late Colbert and Ruby Jarrell Stepp. She was the former owner of Graystone Kennels and Pet Shop. She was preceded in death by her first husband William D. Belt; one brother, Richard Stepp and one sister, Eula Jean Stepp. She is survived by her husband Dr. Farooq Siddiqi; three daughters and sons-in-law, Debra Williams of Barboursville, Rev. Teresa and Rev. Greg Markins of Vienna, and Diana and Bob Barker of Barboursville; one son and daughter-in-law, William F. and Melanie Belt of Barboursville; two sisters, Nellia Nelson of Arkansas and Elberta Ruth Clark of Logan, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
