Curwin Alan "Curnie" Austin II
(September 16, 1969 - June 22, 2010)

Curwin Alan "Curnie" Austin, II, 40, of Chesapeake, OH., passed away Tuesday June 22, 2010 at his residence. He was born September 16, 1969 in Huntington, WV, a son of Barbara Lee Pugh Vital of Huntington and the late Curwin Alan Austin. He graduated from Huntington East High School and had previously worked for Lenscrafters and Dr. Thomas, OD., in Gallipolis, OH as a lab technician. In addition to his mother survivors include his step father, Jack Vital of Huntington; a brother and sister-in-law, James Townsend and Kim Austin of Winchester, KY; nieces and nephews, Lauren, McKenna, and Chad; Aunt and Uncle, Mary Ellen and C.H. "Sandy" Miller of Chesapeake, OH; and his cousin, Kimberly Mahon and her husband, Jeff Mahon and their children, Shea and Sean, all of Greer, SC. In lieu of flowers please donate to the American Heart Association or charity of one's choice. A private family memorial service will be held at a later time.
