Vivian Cleckley-Wood, 90, of Huntington, widow of Ivory Wood, passed away Monday April 21, 2014 at her residence. She was born January 22, 1924 in Newberry SC, a daughter of the late Dan and Ellen Dorroh Cleckley. She retired as a supervisor in the housekeeping department with Marshall University after 24 years of service. Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Virginia Wood of Huntington, and Ellen and Glen Nichols of Las Vegas, NV; three sons, Frank Wood of Morgantown, WV, Ivery Wood of Columbus, OH, and Ivan Davis of Willow Wick, OH; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Saturday April 26, 2014 at Chapman’s Mortuary. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit after 1:30 Saturday at Chapman’s Mortuary.
