Phillip Warner Hill, Jr., 55, of Huntington, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2016 at his residence. He was born January 30, 1961 in Huntington, WV a son of Shirley Frances Romine Hill of Huntington, and the late Phillip Warner Hill, Sr. His brother, Roy "Glen" Hill preceded him in death on April 24, 2016. He was a master plumber having worked at T.R. Johnson and Son, and for Roto-Rooter, and was also a welder and pipefitter. In addition to his mother survivors include a daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Hill of Huntington; two sons, Adam Wesley Hill of Huntington, and Matthew Phillip Hill of Florida; four brothers, Harvey E. Hill and Richard Gene Hill of Huntington, and Billy Ray Hill and John Wayne Hill of Chesapeake, OH; and a special friend, Cassie Smith. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
