Beverly Born Michel, 68, of Huntington, WV, died Thursday November 3, 2016 at her residence. A memorial service will be held at noon on Monday November 7, 2016 at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington. Beverly was born September 11, 1948 in Ironton, OH a daughter of Lovetta Coombes of Bronson, FL. She was a Horticulturist and Landscaper. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jerry Rae Simmers and a son, Michael Scott Norton. Additional survivors include two daughters, Shelly Grant of Huntington, and Kelly Roach of New Orleans, LA, two granddaughters, Heather Henson of Huntington and Jessica Czernia of Kiln, MS, six brothers, Gary Simmers of Brooksville, FL, George Simmers of Beverly Hills, FL, Douglas Simmers and Eugene Johnson both of Bronson, FL, James Simmers of Marion, OH and Edward Simmers of Delaware, OH. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 until 12:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
