Phyllis Henritta Chandler

Phyllis Henritta Chandler, 81, of Huntington, wife of John E. Chandler, died, Thursday, October 6, 2022 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born February 10, 1941 in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Leo and Ethel Hoosier Wellman. Her daughter, Donna Foster, also preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and a member of Highlawn Full Gospel Assembly. In addition to her husband, survivors include a son, Chuck Adams of Huntington; sister, Delores Nichols of Connecticut; a brother, Joe Freeman of Florida; five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
