Buddy Joe Neal, 83, of Vinton, OH, went quietly to be with the Lord in the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, OH. He was born July 14, 1933 in Cabell County, WV, a son of the late Leroy and Freda Carpenter Neal. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Betty Tomblin; two brothers, William Neal and David Neal and an infant brother. Buddy served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by three sons, Michael Neal of Sorrento, FL, Mark Neal of Vinton, OH and Jeff Neal of Murrieta, CA; and six grandchildren, Justin, Lindsey, Stephanie, Lauren, Amber and Ashlynn Neal. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, where the funeral service will be held at noon. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville.
