William Michael “Mike” Brown, 70, of Hurricane, passed away Friday, May 6, 2016 at the Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston. He was born August 2, 1945 in Cabell County, WV, a son of the late Luther and Ruby Faye Brown. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Howard Brown and John Brown and one sister, Patricia Jenkins. He is survived by his wife, Mary Wanda Davis Brown; three sons and daughters-in-law, Matthew and Pamela Brown of Hurricane, Michael Anthony and Vanessa Brown of Charleston and Keith Allen and Dawn Marie Brown of Hurricane; one sister, Sylvia Mohr of Milton and eight grandchildren, Chris, Jessica, Katie, Tyler, Steven, Samantha, Sommer and Paris. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 9, 2016 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with the Rev. Gary Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Visitation will be held Monday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
