Jane Ann Clark, of Culloden, died Thursday May 26th, 2016. Jane Ann was born June 6, 1949 to Doris and Howard Billups. She was the oldest of five children. Jane was a majorette for Milton High School, as well as homecoming queen her senior year. She attended Marshall University and graduated with a degree in education. She was a wonderful teacher, obtained her masters degree and spent over 35 years as an educator in the elementary school system. Her husband, Paul Michael Clark, preceded her in death. She is survived by her companion Timothy Ball; her children Seth Clark and Carlee Clark; her siblings, Nancy Burley, Timmy Billups, Bobby Billups and Danny Billups; her grandchildren Ashley Clark, Morgan Clark, Maisie Carron, Sam Carron and Asher Carron. Jane was many things and all of them amazing. She always made everyone feel special. We were the luckiest children because we knew we were loved our whole lives. She had the most amazing laugh and was so much fun. After she retired, she dedicated her time to being the best grandmother, mother, friend and companion she could be. She was wildly successful in this venture and she will be greatly missed. Funeral Services will be at 1pm at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, on Saturday, May 28th. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
