Obituary

JUANITA FRAZIER, 84, of Milton passed away Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 22, 2003, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with Dr. T.J. DuBose officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Juanita was born Nov. 27, 1919, in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Elza and Halcy Jefferson Miller. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Fredrick Donald Frazier. She was a member of the Alpha Delta Cappa Theta Chapter. She is survived by her son, James F. Frazier; one sister and brother-in-law, Reba and Glenn Snodgrass; two grandsons, Joshua James Frazier and Thomas Harrison Frazier; and three nieces, Linda Klodowski, Annette Butler and Carolyn Alexander. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 21, 2003, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
