Obituary

Richard Lee Martin, 71, Born November 11, 1937, went home to be with the Lord on December 26, 2008.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Violet Rice, his father, Guy Martin and step-father, Corbet Rice.  Surviving are Charles and Jackline Browning; two aunts; one uncle and several cousins.  Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 28, 2008 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.  Burial will follow in Blue Sulphur Cemetery.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Special thanks to the staff at Sunbridge of Putnam and the third floor nursing staff at Thomas Memorial Hospital.
