ARLEY E LOVE
Arley E. Love, 95 of Huntington, W,Va passed away, Saturday, October 30, 2010 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was a faithful member of the Cyrus Creek Baptist Church, Barboursville, WV and also a member of the Barboursville Senior Citizens. He was retired from H. K. Porter Co. where he worked as a crane operator for 30 years. He was truly an inspiration to all those who knew him. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville with pastor Bob Ray and Jay Love officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington. He was born November 23, 1914 in Albany, IN., the son of the late Theodore E. and Garnet Weekly Love. In addition to his parents and his late wife, Gertrude Swann Love, he was preceded in death by a son, Arley Love, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Hazel Carpenter Love; four brothers, Harley, Richard, Donald and Gerald Love. He is survived by one son, Michael and wife, Sally Love of Chesapeake, OH; one sister, Eloise Wallace of Huntington, WV; three grandchildren, Joe and wife Karen Love of Milton, WV, Pam Lynch and husband, Curtis of Bradenton, FL, and Todd Love of Bradenton, FL; three great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; a very special friend, Opal Fought of Hurricane, WV; a dedicated caregiver, Rhonda Pennington of Huntington, WV. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville.
