FREDA LOUISE SHORT
(February 20, 1923 - October 9, 2010)

FREDA LOUISE SHORT, 87, of Huntington, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2010 in Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born February 20, 1923 in Branchland West Virginia, the daughter of William Gobel and Bessie Jan Porter Woods. She was the widow of William Mitchell Short. She retired from Owens-Illinois Glass. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, at 12:00 noon at Henson Mortuary with the Rev. John Bourne officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. until service time. HENSON MORTUARY BARBOURSVILLE, is handling arrangements.
