PATRICIA A. MCCOMAS
(January 13, 1931 - October 24, 2010)

Patricia Ann McComas, 79 of Barboursville, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2010, at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 27, 2010, at Henson Mortuary with Rev. John Duncan officiating, Burial will follow in Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock. She was born January 13, 1931, in Huntington, daughter of the late William Lester and Gertrude Wolfe Maxwell. She was a retired nurse having worked at St. Mary's Hospital and for Dr. Abraham. She was member of the Seaside United Methodist Church, Sunset Beach, N.C. and a member of the Order of Eastern Star lodge # 89 in Guyandotte. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Timothy McComas and granddaughter, Terra Samons and two sisters Nina Krams and  Billie Weatherholt. She is survived by her husband Bethel McComas; one son, David McComas of Kennesaw, Ga; one daughter and son-in-law Rebecca and Terry Samons of Martin, KY; one sister, Jean Coe of  Auburn, Alabama; eight grandchildren, Natalie, Bryan, Carly,  Chelyan, Caitlyn McComas, John, Nicholas, Jared, Samons; four great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. on Tuesday at Henson Mortuary.
