Obituary

Frederick Eugene Williams
(September 28, 1937 - February 24, 2014)

Rev. Frederick Eugene Williams “Peanut”, 76 of Huntington, WV, husband of 57 years to Norma Jean Williams, went to his heavenly home on Monday, February 24, 2014. A son of the late Wayne and Wilda Williams, he was also preceded in death by his brothers: Harold, Lowell and Emory Williams. He is survived by two daughters, Teresa Roy and Sharon Hollis. Three grandchildren also survive him, Christy (Mike) York, Derek Roy and Ashley Ward, three great-grandchildren, Dylan and Lucas Pennington and Hannah York. He was retired from Firestone and served in the ministry as a pastor and evangelist for many years. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Reger Funeral Home. Services will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Jefferson Avenue Church of God, by Pastor Greg Tomlinson and Pastor Paul Farley.
