Lois Annette Hall

LOIS ANNETTE HALL, 74, of Barboursville, WV, died January 5, 2011 suddenly after a long illness at home. She was born September 21, 1936 in Cabell County, Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Cecil and Maggie Mae Wintz Boliek. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters Rose Ann Esque and Cecilia Miller, and a brother Carl Boliek and a son William Michael Hall. Lois was a beloved wife and mother who was a homemaker and enjoyed arts and crafts, reading, Bible study, cooking, collecting recipes and poems, traveling, genealogy, and spending time with family. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Elbert Preston Hall; and 5 children and spouses: Kenneth Hall of Barboursville, WV, Daniel and Kwi Suk Hall of Charlotte, NC, Richard and Yong Son Hall of Matthews, NC, Janet and Chris Cowan of King William, VA, and Sharon Hall of Point Pleasant, WV and 3 grandchildren: Jonathan Hall, Angela Hall, and Racheal Hall. Friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, January 7, 2011 at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 8, 2011 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville with Pastor Winford Curry officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington.
