Larry Basil Adkins
(October 1, 1950 - March 14, 2011)

Larry Basil Adkins, 60, of Milton, passed away Monday, March 14, 2011 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Brother John Bourn officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans. Larry was born October 1, 1950, in Kanawha County, a son of the late Guy Basil and Ruth Catherine Wade Adkins. He worked for West Virginia Steel, Poca. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Yost Adkins; one daughter, Cassandra Meeker; one sister, Sharyn Brown and one brother, Winston Adkins. Friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton.
