Barbara Sue Martin
(August 26, 1943 - February 20, 2015)

Barbara Sue Martin, 71, of Branchland, WV, passed away Friday, February 20, 2015 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 8:00 pm Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. Darrell Wooten. She was born August 26, 1943 in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Homer and Marie Vannatter Hatfield. She was preceded in death by one son, Curtis Lee Spurlock, one brother, Clark Smith and one sister, Debbie Martin. She is survived by her daughter, Anna Marie Spurlock and one son, Ernest Larry Spurlock both of Branchland; one sister, Vicki Emerick and her husband, Bob, of Barboursville; six brothers, Fred, Larry, Kenny and his wife, Terry, Ted and his wife, Sharon, Steve and Rick Hatfield, all of Branchland; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 7-8 pm Tuesday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
