Obituary

Paul Jennings Murray
(October 22, 1929 - October 9, 2016)

Paul Jennings Murray, 86 of Thelma, KY, formerly of Barboursville, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Friday, October 14, 2016 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. He was born October 22, 1929 in Huntington, a son of the late Walter and Lake Erie Irene Adams Murray. Paul was preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Clara Jean Black Murray. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Jimmy Midkiff of Apple Grove, WV; one son and daughter-in-law, Paul Timothy and Veronica Murray of Prestonsburg, Ky. one sister, Virginia Burks of Port Crane, NY; three grandchildren, Shauna Tackett (John), Benjamin and Coltin Midkiff; great-grandson, Landon Tackett and great-granddaughter, Makenzie Midkiff.
