DAVID ALAN WILSON
(September 14, 1954 - October 18, 2016)

DAVID ALAN WILSON, 62, of Huntington, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, October 21, 2016, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Chris Fulks, Jerry Jobe and Rev. Oliver Steward. Burial will be in Gill Cemetery, Salt Rock. He was born September 14, 1954, in West Hamlin, a son of Bertha Stapleton Wilson of West Hamlin and the late Delmar Wilson. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, Matthew Wilson of Barboursville, and his mother, Kimberly Steward Wilson; one sister, Wanda Wilson of West Hamlin; two brothers, Larry Wilson of Williamson, W.Va., and Clarence Wilson of Mount Hope, W.Va.; three brothers-in-law, Mike, Rod and Chris Steward; special niece, Morgan Steward Spaulding; father-in-law, Rev. Oliver J. Steward Sr.; and special friends and cousins, Steve Beckett, Glen Wilson and Tim Pack. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 20, 2016, at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
