Betty Lou Asbury
(March 10, 1933 - December 5, 2017)

Betty Lou Asbury, 84, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017. She was born March 10, 1933, in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Dennie and Virgie Black Bowen. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Keith Asbury; and one son, Gregory Keith Asbury. She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Virgie and Jeff Adkins; and Anita Asbury; two sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Shirley Asbury and Matthew and Denise Asbury; two sisters, Erma Hayslette and Doris Bowen; one brother, Kenny Bowen; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Tyler Asbury, David Escue, Ethan Starkey, Jeff Adkins, Dave Starkey and John Moore. Visitation will be 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, December 8, 2017, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
