Obituary

Mary Jeanette May
(May 28, 1937 - May 23, 2017)

Mary Jeanette May, 79, of Branchland, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, May 26, 2017 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel with Pastor Jamie Clay officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Huntington. She was born May 29, 1937 in Wayne County, a daughter of the late Fletcher and Louise Sexton Chinn. She was preceded in death by three brothers, John “Buster”, Harry “Jack”, and Charles “Turk” Chinn. She was retired from Corbin Limited. She is survived by her husband, Gerald May; two daughters, Debora Dutton and her husband George Jr. of Huntington, and Ella “Penny” May of Branchland; one sister, Emma “Peg” Watts of Branchland; three special “grandkids” Braden, Abram and Addie Triplett, and a special friend, Beverly Triplett. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Thursday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
