Mrs. Leilia Dianne Blake, 66, of Clarksville, TN, wife of David Blake, passed away Thursday May 28, 2009 at Gateway Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Sunday May 31, 2009 at Chapman's Mortuary, with Rev. Rick Glass officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. She was born October 18, 1942 in Ohio, a daughter of the late Lealand Douglas and Charlotte Katherine Robinson Southerton. IN addition to her husband, she is survived by 2 sons and daughters-in-law; Clinton and Holly Blake of Ashland City, TN, David and Brandie Blake of Springfield, MO; 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Kelley and Terry Brand, of Marryville, MO, Debbie and Steve Decker and Christia and Tim Decker all of Springfield, MO; a sister and brother-in-law, Tommie Lou and Richard Lashbrook of Port Charlotte, Fl; 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
