Russell Lee Hutchinson
(October 13, 1930 - February 14, 2014)



Russell Lee Hutchinson, 83, of Salt Rock, WV, formerly of Hesperia, CA, passed away February 14, 2014 at St. Marys Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville by the Rev. Dr. John Sauvage and Rev. Ralph Sager. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. He was born October 13, 1930 in Salt Rock, a son of the late Roll and Callie Paugh Hutchinson. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and served during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Carolyn Sioux Lilly Hutchinson. He is survived by his wife, Doris Wagner Hutchinson; one daughter, Theresa Boone (Mark) of Long Beach, CA; one son, Tim Hutchinson (Jill) of Marion, IA; step children, Dareld Hall (Mirmin) of OH, Marylin Hall (Dave) of CA and Janice Hall (Douglas) of CT; one brother, Louie Hutchinson (Betty) of Shrewsbury, WV; five grandchildren, Melissa, Brett, Brad, Bryan, and Courtney; step-grandchildren, Sharaya, Derek, Wesley, and Caroline; three great-grandchildren, Scarlette, Elizabeth, and Antonio; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
