ALLINE ADKINS PARSONS
(December 20, 1946 - February 3, 2014)

ALLINE ADKINS PARSONS, 67, of Branchland, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 3, 2014. She was born December 20, 1946, in Hamlin, W.Va., a daughter of the late Herbert Adkins and Reber Walls Adkins. She was also preceded in death by four sisters, Patsy Willis, Geraldine Holton, May Cochran and Phylis Peyton, and three brothers, Edbert Adkins, Bobby Adkins and Johnny Adkins. She was a former employee of Annette's Drive-In and was a member of Green Valley United Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband Linis Parsons; one son, Bobby Lucas; one daughter, Becky Vartell; two special step-children, Bobby Parsons and Sherry Hager; four sisters, Cathy Adkins, Jackie Adkins, Linda Adkins and Brenda Lambert; a special brother Calvin Adkins and several grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 6, 2014, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel by the Rev. David Cardwell and Rev. James Gilkerson. Burial will be in Baylous Cemetery.
