WILLIAM PAUL GLOVER
(October 9, 1946 - November 16, 2014)



WILLIAM PAUL GLOVER, 68, of Ona, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 16, 2014. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Cox's Landing United Methodist Church by Pastor Carl Mouser. Burial will be in Herrenkohl Cemetery. He was born October 9, 1946 in Putnam County, W.Va., a son of the late Linkfield and Eulah Mae Thomas Glover. He was retired from Lambert Construction and Equipment. He was a member of Cox's Landing United Methodist Church and Labor Union Local No. 543. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Lyn Glover, three brothers, Charles Ray Glover, Gary Wayne Glover, and Johnny Glover, two sisters, Lorena Carol Mullins and Evalene Glover and his father-in-law, Lester Short. He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Carter Glover; two sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Linda Glover of Ona, and Anthony and Susanne Glover of Cyclone, W.Va.; three sisters, Ladonna LaValley and Darlene Tenervia, both of Grand Rapid, Mich., and Mary Toth of Howard City, Mich.; one brother, Henry Glover of Howard City, Mich.; two grandchildren, Paul Edward Blankenship and April Worden; four great grandchildren, Samantha Ross, Mackenzie Blankenship, Hannah Blankenship and Lillian Worden; his mother-in-law, Edna Short; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, and after noon Wednesday at the church.
