WILLIAM PAUL (BILL) PATRICK
(August 22, 192 - October 17, 2014)


WILLIAM PAUL (BILL) PATRICK, 72, of Huntington, passed away Friday, October 17, 2014. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2014, at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, by Rev. Jesse Lacy. He was born August 22, 1942, in Huntington, a son of the late Silas and Alva Mae Bowles Patrick. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Carmen and Julia Bowles and Sylvester and Fanny Patrick; his wife, Anna Patrick; his sister, Geneva Hargis; and a great-nephew, Austin Blake. He is survived by his two sisters, Barbara Wheeler and her husband, Mitchell, and Patricia Dotson and her husband, Steve, all of Huntington; two brothers, Thomas R. Brooks and his companion, Debbie of South Point, Ohio, and Roy F. Brooks and his wife, Pauletta of Huntington; and several nieces and nephews. Bill worked as a truck driver, at Kerr Glass and worked at Asplundh Tree Company, where he retired. The family would like to send our love and gratitude to St. Mary's Medical Center, Cornerstone Hospital, Huntington Health and Rehab, Cabell Huntington Hospital and Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. All of you will never know how much you were appreciated. The family requests that no flowers be sent but memorial contributions be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, 3100 Staunton Street, Huntington, WV 25702. There will be no visitation.
