Deloris Ann Mauck, 72, of Lesage, WV, widow of John Edward Mauck, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at her residence. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Thursday, October 1, 2015, in Union Cemetery on Union Ridge, with Pastor Steve Hinkle officiating. Burial will follow. She was born March 4, 1943 in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Herbert and Ada Mae Aliff Cooper. Two brothers also preceded her in death. She worked as a private duty health care provider, was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church, and a life member of the Moose Lodge #347 having gone through all of the chairs. Survivors include a step-daughter, Dianna Lynn Mauck, and a step-son, Steve Mauck both of TN; one sister, Mary Lou Thompson; special friends, Edith Handley, Ruth Kingery, Christa Bishop, Courtney Caldwell, Jaybird and Carrie; and several nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank Hospice of Huntington for their care of Deloris. Friends may visit at the cemetery after 10:00 am Thursday. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family.
