Douglas Wayne Fischer Jr.


Douglas Wayne Fischer, Jr., 46, of Huntington, husband of Darla Jo Isaac Fischer, died Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at his residence. He was born October 21, 1973 in Lorain, OH, a son of Glen Eda Spence Fischer of Huntington and the late Douglas Wayne Fischer. He is also preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Alishia Fischer and a brother, Noah Leslie Fischer. He was a Psychologist working for the State of West Virginia at the Day Report Center, Hamlin, WV. In addition to his wife, Darla, and mother, Glen Eda, he is survived by his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Darlene and Bill Isaac of Lucasville, OH; a brother, Luke Daniel Fischer of Huntington; and a nephew, Luke Daniel Fischer, II. of Lesage, WV. A memorial graveside service will be at a later date in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington.
