Jack Dee Spurlock, 86, of Russell, KY, widower of Edward R. Fayne II, passed away Friday, August 14, 2020, in Ironton, OH. He was born July 10, 1934 in Huntington, WV a son of the late James Spurlock and Ruth Hutchison Spurlock. He was the owner and operator of Spurlock's Printing; was a U.S. Army veteran; and was a member of First Congregational United Church of Christ, Huntington, where he played the organ. Survivors include: a nephew, James Spurlock, Jr of Colorado; and his cousins, Cathy Jo (Tim) Olson of Pedro, OH and Gloria Davis of South Point, OH. Services will be private. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
