Thomas Clayton Arthur 80 of Huntington WV was born Dec. 13TH 1939 went to be with our Lord on Dec. 8th 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Marie (Roach) Arthur. Two Brothers Dale and John Arthur, Step Daughter Kathy E. Snow. He leaves behind a wife Venis A. Arthur of 50 years, One brother Donald (Betty) Arthur. Step son Shawn Webster (Mary) Garrett, Three sons Thomas Clayton (Janet) Arthur Jr., Shawn Lee (Mary Lou) Arthur, Johnathon Emery Arthur. Grandchildren Kyle Shawn (Ashleigh) Garrett, Tara Elizabeth (Fiance' Casey Vance) Garrett. Jason Paul Arthur, Thomas Clayton Arthur III, Rebecca Sue (Brad) Pully, Adam Lee (Annie) Arthur, Tommy Squyer, Korina (Mitch) Keeler, Maria Arthur. Great Grandchildren Bentley Caison Vance, Charisma Arthur, Thomas Clayton Arthur IV, Jacob, Conner, Collete, Charlie Belle, Sophia, Trilby, Xavier, Sydney, Bryce, Ambie, Kristen, Clayton, Luke. Great-Great-Grandchild Calli Keeler. He joined the Navy Dec. 17th 1956 was discharged Dec, 12th 1960. He worked a short time for the United States Postal Service. He was a nurses aid for over 20yrs at the then Huntington State Hospital. After retirement he enjoyed attending church, walking the mall, Hunting and fishing. Funeral services will be conducted 2 PM Monday at Chapman's Mortuary with Bishop Edwin S. Harper officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
