Richard Bruce Board, III, 23, of Huntington, died Saturday, October 17, 2020 at his residence. He was born June 16, 1997 in Huntington a son of Kellie Jo Blevins Blake of Huntington and Richard Bruce Board, Jr., of Huntington. Richard was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Richard Bruce Board, Sr., and Sue Board; and an uncle, Jeff Board. He was a student and an avid Ohio State Football fan. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Kellie and Mark Blake of Huntington; father and stepmother, Richard and Brenda Board of Huntington; three brothers, Aaron Tyler Alexander Napier (Pam) of Columbus, OH, Morgan Ray Keith Napier (Ashley) of Huntington, and Austin Taylor Board of Huntington; a step-sister, Cassi Collins of Huntington; a special maternal grandmother, Linda "Shorty" Blevins; and an aunt and uncle, Kim and Bruce Maze of Lavalette, WV. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 pm Friday, October 23, 2020 at Chapman's Mortuary with Pastor Carl Lovins officiating. Burial will be in Plybon Cemetery, Huntington. Friends may visit one hour prior to services at Chapman's Mortuary on Friday.
