Amber Mae Fraser, 34, of Huntington, fiancée of Josh Adkins and mother of Skylar Adkins died October 27, 2020 in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown WV. She was born March 23, 1986 in Kenosha WI. She was a homemaker. Additional survivors include: one sister, Crystal Fraser of Boise, ID; mother-in-law, Terri Laney of Barboursville; grandmother, Judy Adkins also of Barboursville; and her special friend, Casey Howard of Huntington. At her request arrangements are to be private. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family.
