Ronald Ray "Round Man" Slaughter, 76, of Grayson, KY, passed away Friday, October 2, 2020, in Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, KY. He was born February 14, 1944 in Ironton, Ohio, a son of the late Leo and Hazel Bowman Slaughter. Two infant sisters also preceded him in death. He retired from Ashland Oil as a welder. Survivors include: one daughter, Christi Ackerman of Ironton, OH; three sons and a daughter in law, Robert and Lindsey Slaughter of Grayson, KY, Roger Slaughter of Ashland, KY, and Ronnie Slaughter II of WV; 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. There are to be no services at this time. Chapman's Mortuary is assisting the family.
