Janice Lee Poe
June 16, 1931 - August 6, 2010

Janice Lee Claypool Poe, 79, of Milton passed away Friday, August 6, 2010 at her residence. Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at Forest Memorial Park Mausoleum, Milton. She was born June 16, 1931 in Beckley, WV, a daughter of the late Charles Claypool, Sr. and Elsie D. Clemens Claypool. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Poe and her brother, Charles Claypool, Jr. She is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Margaret Ann and Edgar Gilmer of Rock Springs, WY; their children, Celetee, Edgar, Jr. and Donald; one sister-in-law, Martha L. Claypool of St. Albans, WV; her children, Loren, David and Leanne; and her beloved pets, Molly and Prunny, who gave her great joy and companionship. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Humane Society, 63 Inverness Drive East; Englewood, CO 80112. Heck Funeral Home, Milton is assisting the family.
