Esta Rutherford
 December 31, 1931 - August 9, 2010

Esta Aliene Rutherford, 78, of Culloden, passed away Monday, August 9, 2010 at her home. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 12, 2010 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Minister Buddie Mills, Pastor Tracy Mills, and Rev. Jay Holland officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. She was born December 31, 1931 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Russell and Mary (Mayes) Adams. She was also preceded in death by her son, Marshall “Marty” Rutherford; granddaughter, Christy Holland; two sisters, Ella Snyder and Phyllis Patterson; one brother, Bud Adams. She was former book keeper for Milton Water Company. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 149, Milton. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Ronald G. Rutherford; daughters, Debbie Hensley of Milton and Rhonda Mills of Barboursville; step-son, Michael Rutherford of Culloden; five grandchildren, Cory Mills, Billy Jenkins, Brandon Keesee, Tyler Rutherford, and Richard Rutherford; and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 11, 2010 from 6 to 9 PM at Heck Funeral Home, Milton. Order of the Eastern Star will conduct services at 7:00 PM.
